Due to the way your Facebook account was created, you may find that your friends list does not load immediately after logging into your Social Prospector Pro account.


If this happens, you’ll need to check the following 3 scenarios that may be causing this issue.



Scenario #1: Make sure that there is a username set on your Facebook profile.


At the time of publishing these steps, there are 2 different ways to navigate to the username section on Facebook.

Scenario #2: Make sure English (US) is set as the language on your Facebook profile




Scenario #3: If username & language don't resolve the issue - clear your cache
