We have made it super easy for users to cancel or even reactivate their subscriptions from the billing portal in their back offices at https://prospectorproducts.com/billing.

Once you log in to your back office, you can follow these 4 simple steps.

1) Click to open the Billing page on the left-side menu

2) Click on the product name for the current subscription you would like to cancel.

3) Click on the current plan tab, then the red “cancel subscription” button

4) Select “Delayed Cancelation” so that it cancels at the end of your billing cycle. This way you will still have full access for the remainder of your term.

Once you click the red “yes” button, you are all set for cancelation.
