You may find a scheduled run stopped early with a note that Instagram logged the session out. The run stopping is correct behaviour: carrying on with a dead session would produce nothing useful and would draw attention to the account.

What to do

  1. Open the app and sign in to Instagram again through the built-in browser.
  2. Clear any security check Instagram puts in front of you.
  3. Wait until your normal feed loads.
  4. Restart the campaign.

Why Instagram does this

Instagram invalidates sessions when something looks unusual. The common causes are:

  • A password change. This logs out every session immediately, including this one.
  • A new location. Enabling, disabling or switching a proxy can look like the account moving country.
  • Signing in elsewhere. Using the same account on another device or tool can displace this session.
  • A routine security sweep. Sometimes there is no specific trigger at all.

Making it happen less often

  • Keep one stable connection. Switching proxies mid-campaign is the most reliable way to get logged out.
  • Avoid running the same account in several tools at once.
  • If you change your Instagram password, expect to reconnect here straight away.

Repeated logouts

Being logged out several times a day is not normal and is worth a ticket. Tell us how often it happens, whether a proxy is involved, and whether the account is used anywhere else. Repeated forced logouts usually mean Instagram is unhappy with something specific, and that is worth identifying rather than working around.
